Sentara Health is currently hiring a Business Development Specialist for the Health Plans team!

This is a Full-Time position with the working hours of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and great benefits!

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Experience includes but not limited to advancing digital solutions and strategy across web, mobile and social channels

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads development and execution of digital strategy and user experience across web, portal, and mobile channels aligned with the company's strategic plan and initiatives.
• Partners with teams across the growing company in the development of innovative digital solutions that align with strategic market goals and initiatives, digital trends and technology.
• Educates and advises others on appropriate use of digital solutions for digital channel, KPIs, digital operations processes, product/service development in support of customer acquisition and development.
• Highly focused in the areas of project management, process improvement, and technical expertise. Experience with Agile, Six Sigma, Google Analytics, Tableau, Sitecore (or similar CMS) as well as other project management tools a plus.
