We are looking for a BD Strategy Manager that can help add strategic depth (analytical rigor and conceptual thinking) to the team as we continue our hyper growth. The BD Strategy Manager will work cross-functionally, interacting directly with senior leadership to play an integral role in: executing strategic deals and partnerships, driving analysis used to set go-to-market strategy, and overseeing the execution of game-changing projects that will directly impact the trajectory of our company. - Work directly with Senior Leadership to execute multi-million dollar deals with industry-leading wealth management firms. Develop custom pitch materials (memos, decks, thought leadership, process flow diagrams), provide analytical support, and coordinate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and curate internal documentation, stakeholder communication, and overall tracking throughout strategic sales and partnership lifecycles.
- Build and execute activation plans with large enterprises and partnerships including onboarding, implementation, and launch, managing across all partnership stakeholder
- Take a supporting role in managing our portfolio of partnerships. Identify opportunities to drive shared value through collaboration (e.g. co-marketing opportunities, events, channel selling agreements) to create shared value across Pontera and our partners
- Conduct ad hoc strategic analysis (i.e. competitor analysis, industry sizing/mapping, trends analysis, data visualization) for the Go-To-Market org, engaging directly with C-level executives at Pontera
- Develop presentation materials for C-level execs to use in board presentations and investor meetings

- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, management consulting.
- Excellent conceptual thinking. Able to navigate complexity and distill it into its component parts. Adept at designing creative solutions to solve challenging business problems.
- Comfortable presenting on complex concepts and partnerships structures to C-level executives
- Intellectual curiosity, eager to become an expert on WealthTech industry (players, business models, trends, etc.)
- Strong project manager: detail oriented, able to drive from strategy to execution
- World class analytical skills (data analysis, presentation skills, writing skills)
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to operate in high-growth FinTech company
- Demonstrated track record of top performance
