Business Engagement Coordinator

Summary:
This position is a client facing role that is responsible for
coordinating engagements with the client contacts and CLA service line
team. The role will ensure that each engagement is scheduled, executed,
and completed to meet the client expectations and signed MSA/SOW
deliverables.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support service line engagements from planning stage to final report delivery
- Coordinate time-sensitive and/or confidential project elements (documents, equipment, etc.)
- Responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal teams, and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed.
- Provides timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration.
Requirements:
Experience
- Three years' experience in business operations, project management and/or related field is required
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills to coordinate aspects of the engagement lifecycle
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate Degree in business management and/or project management preferred.
Certifications / Licenses
- None required
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe
- Knowledge of general business governance concepts and procedures
Organizational Interfaces
- The role reports directly to a Business Engagement Director and will work with the Principals, Managers and Directors in charge of the client work. The role will regularly interact with Managing Principals, Industry Principals, and other functional groups within CLA and client organizations.
- Responsible for establishing communication channels to stakeholders, internal teams, and external teams to ensure concerns are heard and adequately addressed. Provides timely communication to key project stakeholders. Ensures internal satisfaction and collaboration.
Travel Requirements
- This position requires < 10% travel.
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Colorado, the posted range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000.
