In this role, you will:
- Lead and support complex, high visibility enterprise and line of business initiatives.
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong Project Management, Process Design and Improvement or Risk Mitigation experience
- Experience leading high visibility, complex initiatives
- Experience identifying and mitigating risk
- Experience with process design and improvement
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to engage and communicate with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to develop effective PowerPoint presentations to present to Senior Management
- Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a track-record for delivering results
- Strong expertise in innovating, ideating and implementing process improvements
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across various levels within the organization
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships
- Ability to handle time sensitive projects and audits and to provide strategic direction
- Ability to work on-site at work location
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Travel required 10%
