Business Execution Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager for Human Resources team.

In this role, you will:

• Support HR Operations in completing large and more complex business initiatives
• Mange employee's capacity and balance workloads to include organizing, prioritizing, and completing multiple tasks in a high-volume environment and within critical time frames
• Support policy and regulatory strategies to meet risk management and compliance guidelines
• Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk controls that support the RCSA guidelines
• Provide training, performance evaluations and coaching to employees
• Make sound decisions and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Interpret and develop controls, policies, and procedures for HR operation functions with moderate to high complexity
• Collaborate and influence all levels of employees
• Lead team to achieve business objectives
• Mentor and guide talent development for employees
• Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance to employees
• Collaborate and consult with HR partners and leaders across the organization to deliver on business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Need attention to detail in the individual
• Preferably should have previously handled processes that had high degree of sensitivity & confidentiality
• Should possess maturity to interact across layers of hierarchy
• Should be conduit between the leadership level & the execution level of the organization

Job Expectations:

• Should be willing to work in night shift hours (5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST) as per India time
