Job Description:

As a Business-Facing Data Scientist specializing in Market Mix Modelling, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to uncover critical insights that impact the client business's growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to provide actionable recommendations based on your analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Mix Modelling: Develop and execute comprehensive market mix models to assess the impact of various marketing and sales strategies on business performance.

Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets, extracting meaningful insights and trends to support strategic decision-making.

Business Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide data-driven insights to support their decision-making processes.

Model Building: Create, validate, and optimize predictive models to improve marketing effectiveness, sales forecasting, and resource allocation.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide real-time insights to guide tactical adjustments.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to drive data-centric decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in Market Mix Modelling.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS).

Data Engineering skills in GCP in BigQuery

Strong MS excel skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in a business-facing role is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically."
