Business Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do

The Business Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing, tracking and reporting the revenue for Authentic Business Development teams.

What you’ll be working on:

• Manage Salesforce security using Profiles, Permission sets and Organization Wide Defaults (OWD)
• Create Tabular, Summary, Joined and Matrix Salesforce Reports for data analysis
• Create and maintain home Page components and schedule dashboard reports
• Perform data updates and migration using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
• Develop and maintain automated process using Salesforce Out of the box validation rules, workflow rules and Approval process
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Analyze and track key business development data
• Management of third-party software and agreements

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• At least 2+ years of Salesforce project development experience
• Experience with administrative tasks: User management, Queues, Public Groups, customization of objects, record types, fields, page layouts, etc.
• Hands on experience to promote and deploy code using ANT tool and Change sets
• Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
• Strong communication skills - ability to coordinate with personnel across the organization
• Capable of thinking analytically and creatively
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Recognize areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement
• Show initiative, confidence, and drive to achieve results without explicit direction or detailed instructions

Primary Location Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000
