Business Improvement Coordinator (Sales)

As the Business Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve sales processes that impact employees and customers by documenting, monitoring, and improving processes in Sales. You will also support the sales team by managing and improving training and troubleshooting content in collaboration with our systems and training teams and sales leadership. You will also support Gas South’s commitment to delivering an amazing customer experience by ensuring employees know and are following our established processes and procedures and that employees have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively.

Other stuff we like:- Bachelor’s degree, or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years minimum experience of operational, training, project management, or technical writing experience within a sales or customer service organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor information to various audiences and styles.
- Ability to proactively translate observations into process improvement recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures using business process mapping techniques.
- Solid analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to identify issues, assess the accuracy of information, and evaluate potential solutions.
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and follow through for issue resolution and business results.
- Performing routine reviews of CRM training and troubleshooting content as well as other sales policies and procedures content to identify areas that need to be updated or modified in coordination with systems and training teams and sales leaders
- Help identify areas of improvement and support CRM enhancements by developing process maps/flows and decision trees for key sales procedures
- Using interviews and document/workflow analysis to identify and investigate opportunities, problems, and complaints related to new or current processes
- Collaborating with business partners to document and test new systems and initiatives prior to release and to enhance end user productivity and satisfaction related to resources and systems
- Improving efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity
- Documenting business processes, workflows, policies, and procedures and creating resources and learning materials
- Taking ownership of initiatives from gathering requirements to project completion and provide backup support for prioritization of projects and enhancements
- Completing reviews after implementation of new materials, processes, or procedures to ensure successful adoption
- Researching and making recommendations regarding communication, presentation, and resource management tools used in Sales
- Manage and find ways to automate some monthly sales activities
