Role

Responsible for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) master data for the organization related to account set up and management to ensure entity hierarchies are properly associated. Provide accurate and useful information to assist management in decision-making through understanding master data interdependencies and how master data is leveraged to drive business processes and support our business relationships. Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and identify opportunities for innovation that utilize master data and other business information to promote relationship retention, maximize revenue, and minimize expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Administer ERP master data to manage the business account information, including hierarchy structure and categorization for the creation of new accounts, maintenance of existing accounts, execution of entity changes and support of landlord ownership changes.
  • Analyze the associated account master data and contract relationships and establish required data linkage within the hierarchy structure.
  • Conduct credit risk analysis of new accounts and recommend business terms.
  • Identify, research and prioritize master data additions and modifications that impact business performance and processes.
  • Understand the system impacts of hierarchy structures to support business processes, facilitate automation opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Resolve online order data inquiries through system updates and effective data management.
  • Communicate changes in account information to applicable parties.
  • Engage internal and external business partners to streamline and improve processes, focusing on customer service excellence and resource management efficiencies.
  • Provide specialized support for account specific events and initiatives including all activities related to IT system releases.
  • Understand and influence data management metrics and methodologies and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • JD Edward experience is a Plus

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Three (3) years of experience in contract administration, customer service/sales, financial analysis, and/or accounting

Reports to: Program Manager, Contract Development

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
