The Business Insight Analyst plays an important role so that the business. They will be equipped with the right business intel data and reporting to make quick and accurate decisions, that the Human Intelligence team and stakeholders have instant access to. This will impact business performance globally, regionally, locally, and ensure that the business is more effective & efficient through use of technology, tools & fit for purpose data.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Analytics / Finance
• Preferred: MBA or equivalent in a related field (business or social science)
• 3+ years' experience in working with and developing insights from multiple data types from data suppliers (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar)
• High data and analytical literacy and proven ability to connect different data types to generate impactful insight
• Experience of working on the Syndicated Data supplier side is a plus.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Gather and analyze information and data.
• Improve existing processes and identify new opportunities.
• Create presentations, models, and work product to drive sound business decisions.
• Collaborate with regional Business Intel & Analytics to identify cross-region analytical work (e.g., category forecasting); Share local / regional insights within Insights team globally; Coordinate cross-region initiatives to drive consistency.
• Summarize cross regional learnings into meta learnings.
