We’re looking for a Business Insights Analyst

Primary Function of Position:

• Develop and report key business metrics & provide trend analyses for IT functions;
• Build resource demand models to support IT project planning;
• Monitor trends and key metrics, including project plan changes, productivity changes;
• Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics to enable access to IT data specifically in the IT Planning and Business Applications areas;
• Proactively identify data gaps and work with IT Planning & Analytics leadership to establish and execute on plans to close those gaps; and
• Work with IT Planning & Analytics leadership to produce the quarterly IT Operations Package

Roles and Responsibilities: This is a techno-functional role

• Working with supply chain, IT teams to address application related issues.
• Monitor IT SCM group support issues and prioritize.
• Work with cross functional teams.

Skill/Job Requirements

• BS. in a technical field
• Strong proficiency in Data analytics, Excel, SQL, tableau
• Ability to learn the business and develop new dashboards.
• Collaborative teamwork, communication and data handling skills
• Excellent attention to detail, yet flexible in approach
• Self-starter, able to work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrated collaborator across multiple functions, such as operations and planning
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Prefer 5 - 10 years of experience in data analytics
