The Global Quality team delivers and maintains applications that support the Global Quality Assurance organization at Lilly. As leaders in technology and understanding business requirements, this team partners with Global Quality to transform and harmonize their processes while modernizing business applications by introducing automation/AI, digital technologies, and information management capabilities to be more productive as demand for Lilly's life-changing medicines grow.

The Global Quality team is actively looking for Business Integrators to join them. Do you like to think creatively and identify how to apply technology to improve a process? If so, please apply.
Responsibilities:
You will work with a diverse team of IT colleagues and partner with Global Quality representatives to define business needs and deliver solutions that leverage technology in novel ways to improve and transform business processes. With your technical expertise, the solutions you help design, develop, validate, and maintain will be broadly leveraged by users around the global to facilitate the making of medicine.
How You'll Succeed:
- As a key contributor to this team, you will bring high learning agility and relationship building skills to understand business processes and the challenges our business partners face while identifying tech opportunities and collecting requirements.
- You will use your superb communication to influence solution design decisions that enable the Global Quality team to deliver new value with technology.
- As a teammate you will use your soft skills to aid in the design and development of a modernization roadmap for existing solutions that aligns with the technology strategy, e.g. transitioning solutions to the cloud.
- You will be curious about learning new technologies, developing your tech skills to invest in your personal growth, and increase the impact of the tools you build.
Your Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
Or
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience as a IT professional
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Additional Preferences:
- Technical expertise and leadership to turn ideas and concepts into solutions.
- Curiosity and empathy to learn and understand business processes and pain points.
- 3+ years relevant experience working in a GxP environment.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems such as TrackWise, TrackWise Digital, or Veeva QMS or languages and tools such as C#, node.JS, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Java, APEX (TWD/Salesforce), SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
- Consistent track record of high quality, agile focused, team-based solution delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, working across global and diverse teams.
