Business Intelligence Analyst

The Role

Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help us build out our analytics and data infrastructure. We are looking for someone who craves exposure to multiple facets of business from operations to commercial and is motivated by providing structurally clean, relevant data and turning it into insights. In this role you will help us shape the internal data structures that will feed the final outputs driving business decisions for all aspects of the business.

This is a hybrid role

What You’ll Do

• Work with Business Intelligence team to maintain BI infrastructure and develop long-term BI data and system architecture
• Contribute to the development of new and updated BI dashboards
• Requirements gathering, logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Help set the direction of the Ceribell data visualization strategy
• Help create and implement platforms that support  reporting mechanisms and business modeling that will scale with the company's reporting capabilities
• Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data
• Recommend improvements and develop strategies to advance overall department effectiveness and efficiency
• Work with cross functionally with commercial team to determine BI needs and requirements
• Partner with Salesforce developers to communicate requirements and provide scalable solutions in alignment with business technology strategy and architecture.
• Manage existing Salesforce implementation and execute Salesforce configuration changes. 
• Make day to day database changes based on internal requests
• Assist in  structural changes to CRM configuration

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
• Understanding of Salesforce.com Admin functions (including object relationships, territory alignment, User mgmt, reporting, data loader tools, validation rules)
• Experience with SFDC Flows and Apex is desirable, but not required
• Understanding of Microsoft Power BI report design, development, and implementation
• Experience in data management and data warehousing
• Knowledge of AWS desired
• Meticulous attention to detail
