Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! Are you analytical and enjoy working with a people as much as technology? Do you love working with large data sets and visualizing complex patterns through the creation of data models, reports and dashboards. Become a Business Analyst within our Information Technology group and help drive the adoption of technology throughout the company!

Responsibilities• Design, build and manage Business Intelligence (BI) solutions• Design, build and manage new data collection models to better collect, visualize, and analyze data.• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to optimize IT and corporate business processes• Administer IT BI and related systems• Develop innovative solutions to improve business operations• Create documentation and user guides related to BI solutions and IT systems• Develop strategic communications to share findings and grow platform/system usage• Develop and maintain working relationships across nCino departments to stay informed of business requirements that can be met through BI and related solutions.• Contribute ideas and actions toward the continuous improvement of nCino's IT programs• Participate as a project manager or contributor on projects involving the rollout of new corporate business systems and functionality• Assist with creation of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing for the rollout of new corporate business systems and functionality• Serve as an advisor to the IT PMO Lead and CIO on BI and related system capabilities • Provide technical support to nCino employees on IT systems and related technology

Qualifications
Required• Bachelor's degree • Two years of practical and relevant work-related experience• Excellent analytical skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent organizational skills• Team-work oriented• Self-motivated

Desired• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Salesforce.com, Atlassian, Gainsight, Workday and NetSuite.• Familiarity with BI solutions such as Domo
