Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI tools, particularly Power BI, and basic SQL knowledge. This role will focus on creating impactful dashboards and assisting business users in uncovering insights from our data. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving data-driven decisions and providing actionable insights to support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.

• Implement strategic BI initiatives to support business objectives and drive organizational growth.

• Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reports and dashboards.

• Assist in the development of data models and schema design to support BI reporting needs.

• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI and data interpretation.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our BI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

• Extensive experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI.

• Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to write and understand queries.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

• Experience with Python, ML models is a plus
