We are seeking a Data Analyst who has extensive experience with data aggregation, visualization, and reporting. To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about the power of analytics, data visualization, and their impact on helping guide an early-stage product toward usage and adoption. You relentlessly pursue opportunities to aggregate data from multiple sources to build and develop a visual analytics-driven story to share with team members, leaders, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with members of the Tandem team to identify, define, and track key metrics to use in planning, reporting and decision making by understanding key business and analytics questions to be answered
  • Develop insightful business intelligence reports, self-service dashboards and ad-hoc analytics that are scalable and repeatable
  • Aggregate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis and delivery of actionable insights
  • Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Execute sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses that translate raw data into insights, to inform and support decision-making for senior management
  • Communicate findings, key takeaways, and actionable insights to all stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, Math, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years' experience with aggregating data and analytics to create insights that drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated expertise in solving business problems using quantitative approaches to analyze data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Visual communication skills are a must
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to convey complex data and analytics coherently to a varied audience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, high quality standards and passionate about data visualization
  • Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Airtable, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and Google Analytics

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $79,600 and $137,390. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
