Business Intelligence Analyst - Finance & Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong data  and financial background and will be responsible for providing crucial reporting and analysis to our finance and compliance team

What you’ll do:

• Directly support our finance team with tooling and data pulls for audit, financial planning, and analysis related requests. 
• Ensure the integrity of our financial data systems & reports, providing key reporting for auditors and regulatory bodies
• Support the Business Intelligence team in data collection, data analysis and business intelligence reporting systems to measure and inform business strategy
• Continuously evaluate and improve finance analysis and compliance processes, leveraging automation tools and techniques where applicable to ensure system reconciliation
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and optimize resource allocation to support efficiency and effectiveness in finance analysis and compliance management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment and integration of finance analysis and compliance activities.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Systems Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of data analytics experience
• Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis, documentation
• Advanced knowledge of SQL including comfort with analytic functions, window functions, and common table expressions
• Advanced experience with scripting (Python) & data wrangling (Excel) 
• Intellectual curiosity and solid understanding in data sources and ecosystems with the ability to see from the brand’s business lens
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Where you’ll live:

• This is a remote position with occasional travel to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA
