Business Intelligence Analyst (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Orlando, FL. Hybrid schedule, three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and two days from home (Thursday, Friday).

The Business Intelligence Analyst will maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports. The Analyst will also work under supervision to gather and compile data in order to produce new BI content, dashboards, and reports.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Use business intelligence data and tools to maintain and update existing BI content and visualizations.
• Use business intelligence data and tools to produce new BI content and visualizations under supervision.
• Works to acquire knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with internal subject matter experts, artifacts, and other informed individuals.
• Work under supervision to gather data from a variety of sources in order to produce new BI content using SQL, ETL or other extraction tools.
• Works as part of a team to analyze trends and make actionable recommendations.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required
• Master's degree preferred

Knowledge and skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
• Strong business analysis skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Thorough understanding of the company's business processes and the industry at large

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Understanding of relational databases
• Previous experience with business intelligence tools

Job experience

• Two (2) years working with data and analytics

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
