Description Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for creating dashboards for the M3 BI product and M3 Internal reporting as well as quality assurance of BI development. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and collaborative. They will have a strong understanding of different businesses and the underlying analytics, and the ability to translate business requirements into analysis, collect and analyze data, and make recommendations back to the business. The candidate for this role will be required to continuously learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices to help design new studies and build new tools that help our team automate and accelerate analytics.  

Essential Duties:

The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties. 

• Design, develop, and improve dashboards for the M3 Business Intelligence product dashboard library.
• Design, develop, and improve dashboards for internal M3 Business Intelligence and reporting.
• Provide quality assurance testing for the M3 BI platform.
• Design automated BI solutions for recurrent reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Design automated data validation and testing processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering and refinement meetings.
• Other duties as assigned 

Basic Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelors Degree is required. Strong preference for the completion of a major in IT, MIS, or Computer Science , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in relevant experience as Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or equivalent.
• 3+ years working in an agile development using Scrum or Kanban.
• 3+ years with data querying or modeling technique with SQL.
• 3+ years with data visualization using Sisense, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience working with stakeholders to produce dashboards based on their requirements.
• Must be familiar with Git and source code management.
• Must have strong written and verbal skills in English and ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications especially in MS Office. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years Sisense experience.
• Experience using Azure DevOps Services.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Power Automate.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to travel 25% of the timerepresenting the company’s interests required.
• Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
