About the Role

The BI Team is looking to add a Business Intelligence Analyst to the team, with a focus on Reporting and dashboard automations.

What you’ll do here:

  • Work with client-facing teams (AM/Support/OB) to understand reporting needs of our clients and provide sustainable, timely solutions
  • Have a client-focused approach and ensure that clients’ needs are being met 
  • Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions to align with overall FH business strategy 
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to a variety of internal and external groups as well as perform ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Perform data analysis from multiple data sources and build reports for projects such as executive dashboards, customer journey analysis, lead performance analysis, and digital and social campaign analytics
  • Continually improve reporting to facilitate improved client interaction and identify reporting problems and develop plans for improvement
  • Contributes to the efforts of building and maintaining a comprehensive reporting and tracking strategy for optimal performance

Requirements:

  • Strong data skills - must be comfortable analyzing large quantities of data to create summaries, develop models, and extract insights
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - be able to present results and reporting solutions in meaningful terms and instill confidence in recommendations both to internal employees and external clients 
  • Intermediate knowledge of database languages, SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output; ensures that reporting and analysis is on time and error free
  • Able to work quickly and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience using data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau)
  • Bachelor's Degree in statistics, computer science, business or related field with 1 - 2 years of analytical experience

Salary Range: $53,711-$59,679, plus 10% bonus potential
