Description:

Develop and extend the MeF architecture, provide recommendations for continued modernization of MeF, make recommendations for increasing MeF DevSecOps maturity, and recommend and develop performance test scenarios and perform analysis of performance tests to validate solution architectures.

Primary Duties:

• Develop and extend the MeF solution architecture, including recommending options for migrating MeF to containers and/or the Cloud.
• Develop performance test scenarios and conduct post-test analysis to validate architectures.
• Provide recommendations for increasing DevSecOps maturity.
• Provide recommendations for implementing Infrastructure as Code using Ansible.

Required skills:

• Developed solution architectures for large, complex programs.
• Experience migrating applications to containers.
• Experience migrating monolithic applications to microservices.
• Experience migrating applications to the Cloud.
• Performance testing –
• Developed performance test scenarios and strategies.
• Conducted analysis of performance test data; provided reports to customer on analysis and explained results.
• Made recommendations to the customer on test scenarios, strategies, architectural changes, and testing schedules.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in implementing DevSecOps on complex projects.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with JBoss EAP.
• Experience implementing solutions with Splunk, including ML solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
