Business Intelligence Analytics Engineer

The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics Engineer to support the Human Resources System Technical Support (HRSTS-III) Program. As the BI Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of user business problems and the development of system recommendations to meet requirements.

This position is 100% remote. This position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance to start.

What will you do in this role?

• Analyze current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
• Coordinating with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance, and may coordinate testing and system controls.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Expert understanding and demonstrated level of practical, hands-on experience with developing data analytics
• Experience with RDBMS, structured flat files (e.g., CSV, TSV), semi-structured data (i.e., JSON)
• SQL for data mining and analysis
• Experience with at least one industry standard BI tool: Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
• Experience with O365 Hosting Environment for Data Prep & Reporting
• Experience Connecting to and Formatting Datasets using Palantir Foundry
• US Citizenship required, must be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous IT support of military personnel applications
• Data Engineering experience
• Salesforce experience
• Experience working with DOD customer as a contractor.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
