Department OverviewThe Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing key strategies to improve the effectiveness of our Global Operations. The team also provides key support activities related to operational performances and quality including metrics definition, resource planning, capacity/demand management, performance measurement and reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement
Job Description
Skills and Responsibilities:

Lead the development of our Performance Management & Business Analytics Function.

Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to monitor performance, remove waste, and recommend solutions to identify, plan, and implement actions to optimize employee productivity and utilizationÂ
-
Influence decision making to improve overall performance
-
Provide oversight for the creation and maintenance of models to forecast resource needs.Â

Work closely with business leaders and finance to plan and manage staffing levels.Â
-
Oversight of the research, analysis, and aggregation of reports for management and executives that are timely, relevant, and accurate.

Basic Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Intelligence or Operations

OR 7+ years of experience in an Analytical role.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
