As a Business Intelligence Associate on our Startup Success team, you’ll report into the Analytics Engineering Lead and be hire #2 to help build our data analytics stack that supports internal stakeholders working to measure and operationalize Redesign’s company creation business model.
What you will do:- Write transformational SQL models in our Snowflake data warehouseÂ
- Build a library of front end Looker dashboards and business reports
- Work cross functionally with department leaders to drive insights and business recommendations based on your analysis
- 2+ years of experience in a data/business/finance analyst role, or another similar tech/engineering role
- Ability to write effective sql queries
- Experience building reports and data dashboards
- Experience managing requests and effectively communicating to non-technical business stakeholdersÂ
- You are proficient in SQLÂ
- You have extensive experience building and maintaining BI visualizations using tools, i.e., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- You have experience with developing custom data warehousing and/or have used DBT

Full-time base salary range of $143,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.
