Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing IT team. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, dashboard/report creation, and BI tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI Solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience


• Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role


• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau


• Proficiency in SQL and database management


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Advanced knowledge of DAX


• R/Python expertise is a plus

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000

Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10%
