Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Evolv’s Finance Team is looking for an experienced and process-oriented Business Intelligence Data Analyst to enhance the collective understanding of operational data and trends as way of informing effective business decisions.

• Get to know team members across the organization, including understanding their current roles, key operational data and flows of critical data.
• Start to build relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, finance and operations.
• Demonstrate an ability to assess data through analysis to better predict outcomes

Skills

• Develop models and analytical tools, processes, and systems to gain a deeper understanding of the data and trends driving the business and supporting the Company’s overall growth strategy
• Source and analyze key data from across the business
• Develop actionable insights based on historical data, trends and forecasts
• Prepare presentations combining qualitative and quantitative data, present findings, and make recommendations to senior management effectively

• Utilize your proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel (pivot tables & vlookups), Salesforce, as well as data management tools including some combination of R, Python, SQL, and Tableau.

• You will be joining the rapidly growing Finance & Investor Relations team which includes a Director of FP&A and Treasury Operations and Strategic Financial Analyst. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations.

• The location of this role is flexible near Waltham, MA as this is where the team is based.
