About the position:

As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will analyze data sets and provide meaningful insights/visualizations that enable data driven decisions and accomplish data objectives across all levels of the organization. You will be hands-on deep in SQL analysis, PowerBI and data mappings while contributing to platform migrations and transformations. You will:

• Collaborate on data requirements
• Harmonize disparate datasets from multiple sources and organizations to determine business and operational trends and ultimately drive action.
• Create and maintain data mappings between various data ecosystem layers.
• Contribute to Agile Backlogs and data related user stories
• Utilize Power BI, including visualization, parameters, report optimization, creating measures, modeling, reports/dashboards, and dataflows.
• Clearly communicate insights and translate data into visualizations that aid decision-making and translate business strategy and needs into technical requirements.
• Be an ambassador for Raymond's Data Driven Culture.
• Become the Data Asset SME for multiple subject areas.

About the schedule:

This position is 1st shift. This will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after completion of orientation period with a minimum of two days per week on site.

About you:

• Requires Master's level education.

It would be great if you had:

• 5+ years of SQL experience
• 3+ plus years with cloud data technologies, such as Azure, Data Lake, Databricks, Snowflake
• 3+ years of experience, creating and maintaining data products using cloud-based Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• 1+ years of experience using Azure DevOps working in an Agile environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative, analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience in at least one additional programming language such as Scala, Python, R or similar
• Experience working with data testers and gated deployments
• Experience with Database Structures and Data Layers within a data warehouse ecosystem
• Experience with SAP is a plus

About the total compensation package:

Salary - The salary for this position is $73,400 - $93,200.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Six or more years of related experience is required.
