Business Intelligence Developer
Job Description
- Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and maintain reports on any BI Platform
- Development and testing of change to datasets, ETLs, data flows and reporting layer
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through rigorous testing
- Business Intelligence Developer will create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards for the entire organization
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Business Intelligence Developer will drive new KPIs, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations
- Work with complex datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, and behaviors
- Business Intelligence Developer will communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders and influence these teams to take action based on your recommendations

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 2+ years of experience creating dashboards and standard and ad-hoc reports using Business Intelligence programs is required
- 2+ years of previous work experience with business intelligence and analytical tools is required
- Moderate to Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables and Filters is required
- Familiarity or proficiency with SQL and BI tools like Tableau, DOMO, Microsoft is required
- Analytical skills with ability to quickly grasp business requirements is required
- Strong communication and problem solving skills is required
- A strong statistical, reporting background is required
