Business Intelligence Developer

The Role

Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to help us build out our analytics and data infrastructure and BI tools. We are looking for someone who craves exposure to multiple facets of business from operations to commercial and is motivated by providing structurally clean, relevant data and turning it into insights. In this role you will help us shape the internal data structures that will feed the final outputs driving business decisions for all aspects of the business.

This is a hybrid role

What You’ll Do

• Plan, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain advanced BI applications, reports/dashboards in support of the corporate objectives to help leadership make quick and effective decisions
• Identify undeveloped data and extract insights that will help guide and influence effective business decisions
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater functionality and scalability
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from a wide variety of data sources
• Optimize current data systems and/or integrate and build them from the ground up to support our data initiatives, increase operational efficiency, improve collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate into technical specifications, prototypes, and end state products
• Work closely with various cross functional team members to design, build, test, and maintain analytics solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience

• Advanced analytical skills
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with AWS storage and compute services
• Strong SQL Skills and strong understanding Data Modeling
• Experience developing custom ETL solutions using Python and SQL
