As a key member of the Data Science team, the Business Intelligence Lead will directly influence how IntelyCare thinks and communicates. This role directly impacts 160+ colleagues regularly using our Business Intelligence tool, and indirectly impacts thousands of IntelyCare customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own the refinement, management, and support of IntelyCare's Business Intelligence platform
• Leading the migration to a new Business Intelligence tool in 2025. 
• Working with colleagues to understand their questions and workflows, then help them connect to our data to solve their problems. Sometimes this is a dashboard, sometimes not.
• Curating and updating our core company dashboards.
• Educating and reeducating colleagues on BI conventions and data fundamentals.
• Creating and refining the core datasets that underpin our Business Intelligence tool. This involves cleaning and unifying datasets across multiple sources.
• Working alongside Data Scientists and Data Engineers to improve our Snowflake data warehouse

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Business Intelligence experience including both front-end and back-end support, stakeholder engagement, and SQL. 
• Strong expertise in and knowledge of popular Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) 
• Prior experience with SQL and version control (git) 
• Prior experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand how they make decisions
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment 
• Plus: Proficiency in Python 
• Plus: Prior experience with Snowflake, DBT,
• Plus: Experience working within a dual-sided marketplace
