Business Intelligence Manager - Finance & Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager - Finance and Audit to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance & audit background and will be responsible for delivering data projects for our finance, audit & compliance teams.

What you’ll do:

• Directly support our finance & audit team with tooling and data pulls for audit, finance & compliance related requests
• Lead a team of data analysts to ensure the integrity of our financial data systems & reports, providing key reporting for auditors and regulatory bodies
• Continuously evaluate and improve our financial reporting systems, audit and compliance processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and optimize resource allocation to support efficiency and effectiveness in finance analysis and compliance management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment and integration of finance analysis and compliance activities.

What you have:

• 5+ years experience working in a field directly related to Finance, Audit or Analytics
• 2+ years experience in a management role, leading the completion of key projects
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures for completing an internal audit
• Ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and present them to the team members and senior management
• Experience working with SQL, Excel & Python to extract, manipulate and deliver data
• Very comfortable communicating complex analytical or technical concepts to non-technical audiences and managing stakeholder relationships
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and documentation.

Where you’ll live:

• This is a remote position with occasional travel to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA
