We are looking for an intern that will learn about the IT department for education purposes only.

This internship will support an understanding of the following areas and much more.

• Review how customers seek technical assistance over the phone or email
• Understand how to troubleshoot remote issues through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Learn about the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• See first-hand how to walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Understanding how accurate information on IT products or services is so valuable
• Learn how to record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Review the suggested possible improvements in procedures

Requirements:

• A sincere interest in the IT/Technology field
• Willing to learn, study and train
• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
