Summary
Managing relationships with business partners and team members as a central point of contact for the stakeholder administrative & financial support and Clarity Project forecasting. Responsible for month-end reporting inputs and reviewing results in partnership with the direct manager and T&O stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving forecast accuracy through line-by-line review & updating of Clarity Data with the STOs & appropriate parties, and the incorporation of data from relevant reports (Contractor Renewal Report, Approval Portal requests, Onboarding & Offboarding Reporting, Organizational Change Notifications reports et al.)
- Coordinating with the stakeholders, the internal team, and the Clarity team to ensure the project records/details are updated in the clarity system.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
- Ensures alignment between stakeholders about business needs and data needs.
- Analyzes data and information to provide subject-matter insights and recommendations.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Operates at a group/enterprise-wide level and is a specialist resource for team members and stakeholders.
- Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion.
- Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor
Eligibility Requirements
- Typically between 2 - 4 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in the related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiar with Planning, Forecasting & Analysis
- Proactive, Analytical with an attention to detail
- Possesses analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrates applied knowledge of one or more analysis and problem decomposition techniques.
- Demonstrates writing and documentation skills.
- Understands and can explain to others the core processes involved in their area of support.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
- Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $75,000-$125,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
