Salary Range

$73,900 - $142,300

*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

What Your Job Will Be Like

We are seeking an experienced Business Management Professional (BMP) to join the Advanced and Exploratory (A&E) Team, supporting multiple departments across Center 2400. The BMP will partner closely with the business and technical teams to provide leadership, tailored project management, and financial management for the A&E partners.
Typical tasks could include:

• Leading internal and/or external customer engagement for specific programs and projects
• Creating, managing, and providing financial forecasts, analysis, and project plans for multiple projects
• Creating, managing, and providing input to various monthly/quarterly reports for multiple projects with other SNL partner organizations
• Continuous engagement with various partners throughout SNL on various forms of ad hoc requests and/or reporting
• Setting and creating standard processes and templates for analysis and customer engagement
• Partnering with leadership, technical partners, and teammates across Sandia NM and CA sites
• Occasional travel

Qualifications We Require

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and five or more years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance

• Excellent analytical, facilitation and decision analysis skills

• Experience with SNL financial tools and analysis
• Experience with SNL Management Assurance tools
• Experience using scheduling tools for resource management and forecasting

The 10624 Business Department teams with the Advanced Systems & Transformation Center (2400) to provide professional skills in tailored project management, business management and financial analysis.
