Salary Range
$73,900 - $142,300
*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
What Your Job Will Be Like
Exciting and challenging positions exist for three experienced Business Management Professionals (BMP) to join Global Security's Space Mission Program, Monitoring Systems & Technology Program and System Mission Engineering Business Office. The successful candidates will be integrated business partners that are heavily relied upon by the senior manager, line managers and the business operations teams. This opportunity allows the motivated and proactive business partner to grow as a valued business and financial subject matter expert for their technical teams.
These roles will apply tailored project management practices to applicable projects and will partner with technical staff and management, external partners and our business teams.

Security Clearance

Tasks could include (but are not limited to):
- Tailored project management to include schedule, scope, cost, risk and stakeholder interfaces.
- End-to-end project support including cost estimation, funding management, project setup, monitoring and controlling and project close-out.
- Provide decision support to leadership in various business areas including financial planning, resource management, trends and projections, workforce acquisition planning, and business processes.
- Partner with technical leads to capture and report on program assurance activities and submit monthly status reports to our sponsors.
- Anticipates, identifies, researches, and communicates key business performance issues to enable successful management of operational and programmatic deliverables for leadership.
Qualifications We Require
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant field plus five or more years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DOE Q-level security clearance and potentially an SCI clearance
Qualifications We Desire
- Knowledge of project management principles, including standard guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, lead, and complete business and financial assignments to completion on multiple tasks, under deadlines and changing priorities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- Analytical, facilitation, and decision analysis skills, including the ability to work effectively with other people and varied teams
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
- Knowledge of financial tools and systems to perform financial anlaysis and monitor costs and budgets
- Ability to integrate with stakeholder and organization teams and partner effectively
- Current US DOE Q-level security clearance
