This is an onsite postion located at our Huntsville - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

WE are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Manager on the business management Team!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our company is seeking a Management Control Team Leader to oversee finance, accounting, and management control functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the budget and cost control, financial analysis, and report generation, as well as handling internal and external audits. The Management Control Team Leader will also propose and implement initiatives to improve business performance and monitor business metrics to evaluate performance.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Developing and managing the activities of sub-teams, raising team performance, and supporting the growth and development of team members. Also, executing related tasks when necessary

• Develop and execute strategies for finance, accounting, and overall management control

• Manage budget and cost control, financial analysis, and report generation

• Handle internal and external audits

• Propose and implement initiatives to improve business performance

• Monitor business metrics and evaluate performance

• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field, finance/ accounting

• 5 years' work experience in in finance, accounting, or management control

• Corporate Finance/ Business Planning/ Accounting background

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related majors in an Accounting, Finance or Economics/Statistics, and various business management

• 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge in accounting & finance

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Ability to work early/late hours as required to communicate with HQ offices in Korea and to complete Global Financial Closing on time

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Some occasional international travel required

• Bilingual (Korean) preferred due to frequent communication with Korea
