Business Office Coordinator

$50,000 to $60,000 Per Year

You’ll assist the facility administrator with correspondence, meetings, and other communication

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Balancing the census to ensure accuracy in all related systems
• Assisting with new patient sign-ins
• Managing specific billing & accounts receivable matters
• Managing staff data in our electronic systems
• Ensuring the facility follows proper state & federal guidelines regarding new hires
• Participating in workers compensation & FMLA/GLOA matters
• Working with physician & physician extenders credentialing process
• Maintaining Resident Trust accounts
• Overseeing the facility receptionists
• Assisting the facility administrator with other related assigned tasks
