Job Description

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Support overall coordination, management and tracking of the Operational Readiness element of the ecommerce redesign project
  • Support operations throughout the project lifecycle in preparing the teams for the change (E2E, Integration, Functional, UAT, Performance, ORT )
  • Partner with IT for customer rollout with segmentation considerations based on individual customer functionality and needs
  • Ensure clear coordination, direction and control in any hand offs between the existing workstreams, particularly Operating Model, Build, Test and Business Operations teams
  • Provide clear communication, timely escalation of issues to the project team and stakeholders
  • Drive testing strategy utilizing test scripts in partnership with IT for updates and releases
  • Provide direct input into the change lifecycle that supports the achievement of key goals, planning and execution of various business scenarios, and delivery of bottom line business value
  • Working effectively with key stakeholders using strong influencing skills to ensure mutually satisfactory resolution of key issues and the respective responsibilities are understood and executed
  • Environments to be covered for Operational Readiness - Dev1, Dev2, QA1, QA2, Stage, Prod
  • Work with business and technical teams to establish customer experience KPI's and metrics to measure solution readiness, capabilities and ensure relevant metrics are captured in the deployment plans (pre and post deployment)
  • Govern and track post go-live metrics and KPI's and work with respective Business, IT and cross functional partners on addressing appropriate mitigation plans
  • Tracking and reporting of all operational readiness items through to resolution
  • Work with the OCM team to ensure awareness and communication are clear
