Compensation: Ranges from $60,000- $88,000 (Base) + Annual Bonuses

What You'll Do

• Manage the overall operation across Sales, Practices, and Accounts/Industry teams
• Lead the financial data analysis and modeling efforts for the Denver Market
• Product owner of custom dashboards and enhancements
• Work closely with regional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and trends
• Create and implement proactive processes, reports and documentation related to the Denver Operations lifecycle - relevant for Slalom leadership, consultants and client stakeholders
• Utilize business systems (e.g. Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.) to provide operational reporting
• Audit reports (financial, gross profit sharing, engagement awards, etc.) to ensure data accuracy; work with appropriate teams to correct any errors
• Continuously inspire the team to look for new ways to do things faster/easier/better - asking the question, why is that the best way to do that?

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced and challenging work environment, ideally in Operations Consulting in an Operations Consulting industry is a plus
• Intermediate to Advanced skills and experience in PowerBI, MS Excel, Salesforce
• Ability to effectively train for the purpose of adoption
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the willingness to take action and find opportunities to support
• Scrupulous attention to detail, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment
