Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth through actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of new customers post-integration providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Generate detailed reports on integration progress customer performance and compliance metrics sharing findings with internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with sales product and operations teams to align integration efforts with strategic business objectives.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve integration workflows reporting methods and troubleshooting procedures.

• Work closely with engineering and IT teams to investigate and address system errors ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

• Manage ticketing systems to track troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.

• Stay updated on industry trends compliance changes and emerging technologies to enhance integration processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System or related job experience

• 1+ year of experience working as a Business Operations Analyst or similar

• Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring performance metrics and creating actionable reports (data focused problem solver)

• Highly organized and detailed oriented with excellent project management skills

• Must be proficient in Excel to analyze data

• Must be proficient in Tableau

The expected salary range for this position is $60000 USD to $85000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave parental leave paid time off or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
