Business Operations Analyst

The Role

IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our Foster City-based team as a Business Operations Analyst. The Analyst will work cross-functionally to assess current operations, streamline existing workflows, and identify opportunities for automation. They will develop an in-depth knowledge of our tech stack and will collaborate with internal and external resources to execute on firmwide initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive high impact initiatives by leveraging technology and systems
• Ability to leverage business insights using data to communicate recommendations to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Operations and Client Service teams to improve efficiency across all platforms
• Become familiar with IEQ’s policies and processes
• Create recurring reports to track data flow and monitor processes
• Stay updated on industry and market trends and make recommendations accordingly
• Build and maintain code bases

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an software engineering role
• Experience coding in Python, SQL or JavaScript and strong data management skills
• Experience developing for cloud services, Azure, AWS of GCP
• UX/UI Front End Developer experience preferred
• Information Technology or Cloud Infrastructure experience preferred
• Full Stack Developer experience a plus
• Ability to create and deliver compelling and clear presentations
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and anticipate issues
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Good relationship-building skills both inside and outside of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
• Curious, excited to solve big data challenges, “No task is too small” mentality
• Bachelor’s degree is required

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on skills and experience.
