What will you be doing?
As the Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for translating truckload data into valuable strategic and tactical insights that drive results for MoLo initiatives. In this role, you will be an integral member of the Truckload Strategy team and ultimately responsible for the creation, organization, management, and dispersion of relevant data to key stakeholders across multiple departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate, prepare, manipulate, and analyze truckload data
- Monitor customer account and segment health against benchmark metrics to proactively identify at-risk areas of opportunity and improvement
- Present data insights and recommendations to key stakeholders including, but not limited to, truckload performance, customer account health, and truckload-related reporting
- Audit MoLo account assignments for territory accuracy
- Create and streamline dashboards and reports to support truckload business
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Provide internal cross-departmental data analytics support
- Other duties and projects, as assigned
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Two years of data analytics experience preferred
- One year of third-party logistics experience preferred
- High-level proficiency in Power BI and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to effectively prioritize to meet deadlines
- Ability to strategically problem solve and exhibit critical thinking
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
