The Community and Learning team plays a crucial role in realizing this vision by enabling our customers to achieve automation success, at an individual level through upskilling and at a programmatic level through improving strategy and execution across the team.
Role: Senior Business Operations Analyst, Community & Learning
We are seeking a dynamic, highly effective operations analyst to manage platform optimization and lead programs. You’ll join a collaborative and passionate team that manages operations, analytics, and product for our Community & Learning resources.
As the Senior Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our software platforms, building cross-functional relationships and supporting other teams, and streamlining our operations and support functions with technology, automation, and AI.
Outcomes: What you’ll do in this role
In your first 90 days, you will:

• Audit our current platforms and operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Learn our customer and internal support systems.
• Build relationships within our team and with cross-functional teams.
• Begin to manage key programs.

In your first 6-12 months, you will:

• Lead key operations projects from start to finish, including definition, cross-team collaboration, and on-time delivery.
• Own platform and vendor relationships and contracts.
• Optimize our platform usage for best customer experience and value.
• Collaborate with our support leader on support operations.
• Identify and execute on opportunities to standardize, streamline, and even automation ongoing operations efforts.
• Partner with the analytics team on in-depth analytics projects.
• Manage key team projects end-to-end.

Core competencies - we’re looking for:

• Track Record of Excellence: 6+ years of operations, project management, or program management experience, or compelling, equivalent experience.
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple, detailed projects simultaneously.
• Initiative and Adaptability: Track record of - and desire to - take initiative identifying creative opportunities to improve operations and flexibly execute on a range of projects as needed.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong cross-functional, team, and executive communication skills.
• Collaborative Mindset: We are a collaborative, open team, so we’re looking for someone with the same mindset.
• Bonus: Platform and Vendor Management: Experience managing configurable software platforms or other vendors is a plus.
