Business Operations Analyst Intern - Summer 2024

Position Summary

Antora Energy is at an exciting and pivotal moment and we need YOUR ideas! We are significantly scaling-up our team, commercial projects, and business operations. This position will integrate into the Business Operations team to learn what it takes to grow a business’s operations to become organized, efficient, resourceful, coordinated, and successful. This will include contributing to the nuts, bolts and super glue that help Antora function such as engagement on legal integration improvements, business policy development, cross-team communications and document control, creation of training and onboarding resources, internal communication improvements, assessment of business risks, investor reporting, and IT planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Operations Analyst Intern at Antora Energy, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our team on a variety of projects. Your internship project(s) can be tailored to your specific interests and ability to work onsite. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Develop a business operations playbook that will be circulated company-wide to share policies, workflows, tips, systems, etc. to aid existing and new team members
• Set-up processes to improve efficiency and integration of Antora’s investor reporting process as well as create documentation to support its implementation
• Contribute to other key business operation activities and projects to gain cross-team knowledge of broader company operations

Key Qualifications 

• Enrollment: Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an undergraduate or graduate program
• Mission: Strong motivation to address climate change through the work we do at Antora
• Curiosity and Learning: A strong desire to learn new concepts and methodologies and work collaboratively with mentor(s) to achieve common goals
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, sensitivity, and ability to effectively interact with a broad and diverse range of colleagues
• Creative, super-organized, self-starter that loves to solve puzzles 
• Energized by team environments who seeks out stakeholder feedback/input
• Strongly motivated by interest in learning how to scale-up companies

Internship Dates

• Group 1: Monday, June 3rd - Friday, August 9th
• Group 2: Monday, June 17th - Friday, August 30th

Hourly Pay Range

• $35 - $45 USD
