Responsibilities of the Business Operations Assistant:

• Engage and educate community members in order to help spread our charity partners story and initiatives
• Create excitement at local events to drive awareness and increase revenue generation for our charity partners 
• Collaborate and strategize effective ways to better educate our community on anti-bullying initiatives
• Accept and accurately record community donations
• Attend meetings and virtual conferences to stay up to date on client charity events and brand awareness initiatives
• Present our cause directly to consumers and explain the significance our anti-bullying efforts can make in someone’s life

Requirements of the Business Operations Assistant:

• Experience in business operations, business management, sales or customer facing role
• Drive and motivation to work in a business focused environment
• Ability to give effective presentations and speak clearly to potential donors 
• Background volunteering preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong leadership skills and coachability
