🏡🏢This is a hybrid role, the US Business Operations team work from our London (Shoreditch) Office 3 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our US Business Operations team based in London. Business Operations sit at the heart of the major projects within Capital on Tap, taking key strategic initiatives from inception to completion. As part of the US team you will play a key role in our ongoing expansion into the American market. You will be part of a small team who are building the foundation to support rapid growth into the US market.
You will report to the Head of US Business Operations and will work closely with all of the senior management team.
You'll be responsible for:
✨Supporting and owning strategic projects powering our growth, such as new product feature launches, or revenue-generating pilots
✨Owning relationships with our partners in the US, and internal project stakeholders
✨Promoting operational excellence within all teams in the business, with customer experience at the forefront of everything you do
✨Becoming an expert on our systems and the technical side of the business, to lead implementation and delivery of strategic projects
✨Analysing customer journeys, sourcing customer feedback, reporting and running pilots to improve user experience
✨Project ideation, delivery and execution for the company’s biggest problems
We’re Looking For
You'll need to be:
✨Comfortable operating within uncertainty
✨Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all teams across the business
✨Action-oriented and quick on the uptake, able to figure things out and get up to speed on the go
✨Customer-oriented and interested in optimising experiences and eliminating friction
✨Capable of switching between being a team player, and leading initiatives on your own
✨Excited by leaving processes in better places than you found them, with strong organization skills and attention to detail
✨Proficient in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and experience with project management tools, such as Jira
✨Experienced using data analysis tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or familiarity with SQL
Nice to have:
✨Experience in FinTech and/or US markets
✨Familiarity with the credit world, including decisioning, reporting and disputes
✨Familiar with the FinTech-Bank partnership model
