This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Operations Associate in the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support operational execution and revenue activation across patient experience initiatives. In this role, you will transform post-sale commitments into measurable client outcomes by leveraging data, analytics, and process optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, conduct quality assurance, and implement process improvements, all while contributing to product launches and platform updates. This position provides the opportunity to have a direct impact on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and client success in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze performance and engagement metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct QA, UAT, and operational testing for new product launches and platform updates.
  • Extract and synthesize data from internal platforms using SQL and visualization tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Build executive-level reports, presentations, and one-pagers that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders, to ensure alignment on goals and data integrity.
  • Optimize workflows and reporting processes to accelerate execution and improve operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
    • Strong skills in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or Grafana.
    • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools or LLMs to streamline analysis and operational tasks.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional presentations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
    • High degree of accountability, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant healthcare or consulting experience.
      Preferred:
    • Experience in high-growth healthcare technology or SaaS startups.
    • Moderate to advanced SQL or Python skills for data analysis.
    • Familiarity with APIs, Jira, Linear, Figma, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.
    • Experience presenting results in client-facing or executive-level settings.
