The MARLO Operations team is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to be responsible for multiple operational processes required to successfully run MARLO, a digital solution at Alcon. The Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing new operational processes, as the complexity of MARLO increases and the business needs evolve. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operational efficiency and a strive to be the connective tissue that brings processes and teams together to accomplish a shared goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between MARLO Business Operations, external distributor partners and internal partners (MARLO Level 1 and 2 support teams, Vision Care Operations, MARLO Field Sales, etc.) to support/coordinate ongoing and future operational activities.
• Act as a centralized resource and knowledge hub for various operational processes; should be considered a "go-to" that customers can leverage.
• Identify and implement process improvements that continue to elevate our ways of working
• Ensure process documentation is updated and maintained as new processes are implemented and/or changed
• Monitor group email box and assist in troubleshooting and responding to operational inquiries - inquiries will consist of, but not be limited to, pricing, SaaS membership, fulfillment partners, etc.

What you'll bring to alcon:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Travel Requirements: up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Digital Technologies and SAP
• Experience in Project Management
• Strong, proactive social skills with a high collaboration approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences
