What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join our BetterOps team. The BetterOps team at BetterHelp is the team that services our BetterHelpers. We are responsible for our workplace, IT, business operations and people experience. Our team philosophy is to ensure efficiency across all teams by providing exceptional service to our employees.
What Will You Do?
- Work with business owners on supporting internal processes including legal / security review and contracts
- Coordinate between business owners and accounting on invoicing and payments
- Coordinate with business owners and accounting to support monthly credit card reconciliation support
- Receive, scan and distribute physical mail to recipients
- Support the Head of Operations with projects as needed

- You will NOT worry about funding. We have startup DNA, but we're fully backed and funded by our parent company, Teladoc Health.

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills. You'll need to manage your time effectively to be successful in this role
- Ability to speak to senior management comfortably
- Desire to learn and grow
- Can do attitude
- Have a deep passion for mental health
- Be willing to come into the office 4 - 5x / week
