Business Operations Intern

TTI, Inc. is looking for a Business Operations Intern to be onsite at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

The Business Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the Business Operations organization while learning about the various roles and responsibilities across the company.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Follows an outlined schedule for training that includes introductions to various departments, experts in the industry, and overviews of TTI procedures. Retains knowledge and skills trained in the classroom and on the job, in turn using gained knowledge to complete assigned tasks.

Interacts and works with multiple departments across the organization to support effective purchasing, sales, and operational activities within our business.

Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient cycle, following logical and systematic approaches, while upholding the quality to the highest level.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Must be pursing degree from a four-year University in related field of study, preferably in Junior or Senior year of college, or have completed four year degree. Some work experience preferred; with focus/interest in a career in operations, marketing or business management.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Exhibits ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of company products and services.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
• Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) at an intermediate level required.
